• Using the "Stop Data Capture" or "Disable Analytics" option in the game settings menu (if available)
• Uninstalling the application from your device

Please note: Disabling data capture may prevent our developers from identifying and resolving technical issues you encounter during gameplay, which could impact your gaming experience.

Since we only collect anonymous gameplay data and do not collect personally identifiable user data, formal data deletion requests are not required. However, if you have any concerns about your gameplay data, you may contact us at product@heyplayinteractive.com

There is no fee for any data-related requests.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our applications may integrate with third-party services for technical functionality and gameplay features. These third-party services may collect only anonymous gameplay data (such as game performance metrics, session information, and in-game actions) for the purposes of:

These third-party services do NOT collect any personally identifiable user data such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. All data collected remains anonymous and cannot be used to identify individual users.
