Privacy Policy
The game collects no data. On every platform, BattleSymphony2035 does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ad tracking and no servers that receive anything from the game.
The only personal data we ever hold is an email address you type into the test-group form on our website, and only if you type it. That is covered in section 4 below. Nothing in the game itself sends us anything.
1On your device only
Your game settings and progress are saved only on your phone, tablet or computer. They never leave it, and uninstalling the game removes them.
2No permissions
The game does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
3App stores
Apple, Google or the PC store you download from may collect information under their own privacy policies, for example purchase records or optional crash reports you choose to share with them. We do not receive personal data from them.
4The closed test group (website only)
On our BattleSymphony2035 page you can ask to join the closed test group. Testing is invite-only and builds are sent to named testers, so an email address is required to be added to the group. If you ask to join, we store the email address you enter, which devices you said you can test on (iPhone, iPad, Duo, Mac), the date, and the page you submitted from. You have to tick a box before any of it is sent — we never take it from you silently.
What we use it for: inviting you to the test group, sending you test builds, and asking what you thought of them. Nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, advertise to you, or add you to any other mailing list.
Where it is held: Google Cloud Firestore, under HeyPlay Interactive's own project. Only we can read it.
Getting it deleted: email suraj@heyplayinteractive.com and we delete your record. No reason needed. We also delete the list once a test round is finished and the build has shipped.
Downloading or playing the game never adds you to this list. The two are completely separate.
5Children
The game is rated 16+, and the test group is for people aged 16 and over. We collect no data from anyone through the game, including children. Do not submit the test-group form if you are under 16.
6Future changes
If we ever plan to collect any data in the game on any platform, for example to add online features, we will update this policy first, state clearly what is collected, on which platform and why, and change the date above before that version is released.
