Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and HeyPlay Interactive Private Limited for BattleSymphony2035 on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro), Android and PC. Using the game means you accept them. If you do not, please do not play.
1Who may play
The game is rated 16+ and is not offered to anyone under 16. If you are under the age of majority where you live, play with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2What the game is
BattleSymphony2035 is a music-driven action game across eight worlds — robot zombies, horror, parkour, racing and car combat — in a comic-book punk art style: bold ink lines, loud colour, deliberately unreal and fun. Combat is fantasy combat against robot zombies and machine creatures, shown as comic-book impact effects. It is interactive entertainment only. The game has no online play, chat or user-generated content.
3Price and purchases
One-time payment
BattleSymphony2035 is a paid game. You pay once and the full game is yours to play. There are no subscriptions, no ads and no payments required to progress.
Apple: buy once, play on all your Apple devices
If you buy BattleSymphony2035 on the Apple App Store, that one purchase lets you play on all your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple Account: iPhone, iPad, Mac (Apple silicon) and Apple Vision Pro. You don't pay again for each device. Any DLC bought on Apple works the same way.
Android is a separate purchase
The Android version (release in progress) is sold through Google Play. It is a separate product with its own purchase, not connected to Apple. A purchase on Apple does not unlock the game or any DLC on Android, and a purchase on Android does not unlock anything on Apple devices. The same applies to PC.
Future DLC packs
In future updates we plan to offer optional downloadable content (DLC), such as new worlds, levels or music packs, as separate one-time purchases. DLC is always optional: the game you bought stays complete without it. Each pack's price and contents are shown in the store before you buy. DLC works across the devices of the ecosystem where you bought it (Apple or Google), not across ecosystems.
How purchases work
- The store you buy from (Apple App Store, Google Play or your PC store) is the seller of record. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by that store under its own policies. For Apple, request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- To restore a purchase on a new or another device, sign in with the same store account. On Apple, Family Sharing lets up to six family members share the purchase, if you have turned it on.
- Coins and rewards earned in the game have no cash value, cannot be bought or sold, and are not transferable.
4Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, resell or redistribute the game or any DLC, or use cheats or automated tools that interfere with it.
5Ownership
The game, any DLC, and their music, artwork and code belong to HeyPlay Interactive Private Limited or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to play on your own devices. It does not transfer ownership of the game or its content.
6No warranty
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or run on every device. Play responsibly and take breaks.
7Changes, termination and governing law
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date above, and for material changes we give notice in the game. We may end access where these terms are broken. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts at the company's registered seat. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer-protection law where you live.
